1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine diced chicken with salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
