Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (dried)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Olive oil for grilling

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.

Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes (if using) on top of the cheesy chicken mixture on each tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap. Make sure it’s tightly packed.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve warm, ideally with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
