2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
