Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup spinach leaves, fresh

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the spinach leaves and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Take a tortilla and spread about 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center. Top with a handful of sautéed spinach.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Wipe the skillet clean, add the remaining olive oil, and heat over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
