Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons, crushed

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: additional toppings like cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, or bacon bits

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavors according to your preference.

Lay a whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

If desired, add any additional toppings such as cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, or bacon bits.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then tightly roll it from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

(Optional) For a warm wrap, heat a skillet over medium heat, and grill the wraps seam side down for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are crispy and golden brown.

Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
