1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mix of red, green, and yellow)

1 cup broccoli florets

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece ginger, grated

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp honey

1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook Ramen Noodles: In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, adding a little sesame oil to prevent sticking.

Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. Sauté the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, and honey. Toss everything together to combine well and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spicy Chicken Ramen Stir Fry!
