1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Chopped green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Coat the Salmon: Dredge each salmon piece in the flour mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.

      Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well blended.

        Fry the Salmon: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the coated salmon bites in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
