Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

      Set Up Breading Station:

        - In a shallow bowl, place the flour.

          - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

            - In a third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with crumbled feta cheese.

              Bread the Chicken:
