Easy Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and any preferred toppings

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Mix all the ingredients together until everything is evenly incorporated. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the burgers tough.

      Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1-inch thick.

        Heat the olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

          Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the burgers are golden brown.

            Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned.

              Assemble your burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of a bun and adding your favorite toppings like lettuce and tomato. Drizzle a little extra ranch dressing on top if desired.
