Ingredients

12 slider buns (mini brioche or Hawaiian rolls)

1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Au Jus: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the top bun connected. Arrange the bottom halves of the buns in a baking dish. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom buns. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top of the beef.

Add the Top Buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese layer.

Butter the Buns: Brush the melted butter evenly over the tops of the slider buns. This will help them become golden brown while baking.

Bake the Sliders: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent the buns from browning too quickly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Pour the prepared au jus into small bowls for dipping. Remove the sliders from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Enjoy: Let your guests dip their delicious sliders into the savory au jus for that classic French dip experience!
