2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cups chicken broth

2 packs of ramen noodles

1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms

1 cup baby spinach

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
