1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

    Melt Butter: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Allow it to bubble and foam slightly without letting it brown.
