1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, tossing occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender. Transfer the potatoes to a plate and set aside.
