Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 whole wheat tortillas

¼ cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce

Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts to coat them evenly.

Once the grill is hot, place the chicken breasts on it. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the grilled chicken into strips.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about a tablespoon of ranch dressing on each tortilla.

Place a handful of shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla, followed by sliced grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap.

Optional: Place wraps back on the grill for 1-2 minutes to slightly toast the outside and warm the contents.

Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, with extra dressing on the side if desired.
