250g rice noodles

300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snow peas

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Cook the Noodles: Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef slices with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

      Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
