Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced onions

4 slices of American cheese

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Make the Special Sauce:

    - In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.

      - Whisk until smooth and well combined. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

        Prepare the Beef:

          - In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt and black pepper.

            - Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Break it into small crumbles as it cooks.

              Assemble the Wrap:

                - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

                  - Spoon half of the cooked beef onto the center of each tortilla.

                    - Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced onions, a slice of American cheese, and sliced pickles.

                      - Drizzle the special sauce generously over the top.

                        Wrap It Up:

                          - To wrap, fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to encase the filling. Secure if necessary with a toothpick.

                            Optional Grilling:

                              - If desired, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, just until golden and crispy. This step enhances the texture.

                                Serve and Enjoy:

                                  - Slice the wraps in half, serve with additional special sauce on the side for dipping, and enjoy your homemade Big Mac wraps!
