Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes.

Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon cubes in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake the Salmon: Arrange the marinated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped chives or parsley, and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
