Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean, flat surface and separate into triangles.

In a bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.

Place a generous spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle.

Roll each triangle from the wider end to the pointed end, forming crescent shapes. Ensure the filling is tucked inside.

Place the rolled croissants onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Brush the tops of the croissants with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
