Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated croissant dough (8 ounces)

4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded

4 ounces pepperoni slices

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Croissant Dough: Open the can of croissant dough and carefully unroll it. Separate the dough into individual triangles.

Layer the Fillings: On the wider end of each triangle, place a slice of mozzarella cheese and two to three slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top.

Roll the Croissants: Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll the dough tightly towards the pointed end. Pinch the edges gently to seal.

Brush with Olive Oil: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil to give them a golden brown finish while baking.

Egg Wash: Using a pastry brush, apply the beaten egg on the top of the croissant rolls for a nice shiny appearance.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and puffy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
