Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Crescent Dough: Open the package of crescent roll dough and separate it into the pre-cut triangles.

Add Filling: On each triangle, sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by a few slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder for added flavor.

Roll Them Up: Starting from the wide end of the triangle, carefully roll up the dough towards the point to form a croissant shape. Tuck the ends in slightly to secure the filling.

Egg Wash: In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it gently over each croissant roll to give them a golden color upon baking.

Bake: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Allow the croissant rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with a small bowl of warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: Makes 8 rolls.
