Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) white rum

1 liter coconut water

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup pineapple juice

1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine or prosecco

1 pineapple, diced

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup diced mango

1 cup blueberries

Juice of 2 limes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

In a large pitcher or container, combine the white rum, coconut water, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Stir well to mix thoroughly.

Add in the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced mango, and blueberries to the mixture. This adds a beautiful variety of flavors and colors to your sangria.

Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and stir gently to combine.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. For best results, let it chill overnight.

Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling white wine or prosecco to add bubbles and a refreshing fizz to the sangria.

Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime on the rim for a pop of color and flavor.
